My favorite granola recipe

Here is my favorite granola recipe that a couple of you had asked for!  Of course use organic ingredients when ever possible ENJOY!!

 6 cups of  quick oats 

1 cup of barley flakes

1 cup of spelt flakes   

2 cups of  sunflower seeds

1/2 wheat germ

1 cup silvered almonds

1 tsp salt

1 cup of olive oil

1 cup of honey or maple syrup

Mix all of these ingredients together and bake at 350 for about 15 – 20 minutes. Stir occasionally until the cereal is golden brown.  Then add

1 cup of shredded coconut

1 cup of raisins

1 cup of walnuts  yummy!!!
